RULES KEEP EVERYONE SAFE WHILE HAVING FUN

SAFETY FIRST

ALL CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT/CARER. YOUR CHILD IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY!

SUPERVISORS

Our supervisors are not there to look after your kids. They have to look after the playground and equipment.

ADULTS

No adults are allowed to enter the park without accompanying a child.

CHILDREN

Kids under the age of 18 may not enter the park without an adult and must be supervised by a competent adult at all times.

The Play Date strives to offer you and your family the safest day out possible, but we can only do this with YOUR HELP. Please ensure that you SUPERVISE your children at all times.

You CAN’T bring your own food into the Playpark.

But we have a shop, picnic baskets, braai packs, Drinks, Sweets and Chips available for your convenience.

OUR FOOD IS HALAL AND KOSHER FRIENDLY

Bags are searched when you arrive to ensure everyone’s safety in the Park. So please don’t fill them with food and beverages.

SMOKING

We have allocated areas for smoking. Please look out for those around the playground.

ALCOHOL

For the safety of your children NO alcoholic beverages is allowed inside the playground.

For the safety of our staff and visitors NO weapons and fire arms will be allowed on the premises.

Unfortunately we are not allowed to lock these items away either.

Unfortunately we do not have kennel facilities, so furry friends will have to stay at home.

Parking AT OWN RISK, but we do have security on duty.

If it’s too rainy and miserable, our Management reserves the right to close the playpark for your safety.

NO REFUND! WHEN PARK CLOSES DUE TO WEATHER.

The Play Park

PLAY AT OWN RISK

The Play Park is an unsupervised area. Parental or guardian supervision is required for the use of the playground equipment.

Anyone entering the premises, including the grounds do so entirely at their own risk. Everyone else connected therewith shall have no liability whatsoever for any Injury to or Death of any person, or Loss of or Damage to any property, Howsoever caused even arising from negligence of any degree.

Further more The Play Park it’s managers and all connected to it try their outmost best to keep the premises safe and protected at all times we shall have no liability in the event of kidnapping.

NO DAY VISITORS ARE PERMITTED WITHOUT BEING ACCOMPANIED BY A CHILD.

NO WEAPONS will be allowed onto the premises NOR KEPT by us.

Under NO circumstances will ALCOHOLIC beverages be allowed onto the premises, nor will it be sold.
